He further shared his commitment to building an empowered, innovative, and united district, one where every Rotaractor has the opportunity to grow and create meaningful impactwhile fostering a vibrant and engaging environment. He concluded by affirming his pledge to serve with humility and integrity throughout his tenure

For many, this is a milestone. For Isa, it is the natural progression of a journey marked by purpose, growth, and undeniable impact.

Isa’s Rotary story is not one of titles alone, but of transformation
both personal and collective. His journey began at the Rotaract Club of Victoria University, where he served as Vice President (2022–2023), steadily building a reputation for dedication and vision. When he stepped into the role of President (2023–2024), he didn’t just lead, he elevated. Under his leadership, the club flourished, earning multiple accolades and setting a standard of excellence that would ripple across the district.

His tenure as President was crowned with the prestigious President of the Year award during the Hope Creator year, after leading his club to five awards at the 99th District Conference Assembly. Yet, even in success, Isa’s focus remained clear: leadership is not about recognition, but about responsibility.

Continuing his service as Club Advisor (2024–2025) to the Rotaract Club of Victoria University, Isa shifted from leading at the front to empowering from behind mentoring the next generation of leaders while expanding his influence across the district. His commitment saw him take on multiple strategic roles, including Vice Chair of the Rotaract Corporate League, Assistant Public Image Chair for District 9214, RELI Chair Uganda, and Project Chair for the impactful Muvuka SuubiProject.

But perhaps one of Isa’s most remarkable chapters is his role as the Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Kigo Seven Lakes Golf. Building a club from the ground up is no small feat yet Isa did more than just establish it; he turned it into a powerhouse. Under his leadership, the club earned eight major awards, including the coveted Rotaract Club of the Year at the 100th District Conference Assembly in Dar es Salaam.

Beyond Rotary, Isa is also a passionate golfer at Lake Victoria Serena Kigo a reflection of his discipline, focus, and love for excellence in every space he occupies.

Currently serving as Assistant District Rotaract Representative for Central Zone 7, Isa continues to shape the future of Rotaract with the same energy and intentionality that has defined his journey.

At the heart of Isa’s story lies a simple but powerful belief, inspired by leadership expert John C. Maxwell:
“Everything rises and falls under leadership.”

He embodies this truth. His journey is proof that when leadership is intentional, service becomes impactful, and communities are transformed.

As he steps forward into this new chapter, one thing is certain, the best of Isa’s leadership story is still being written.
